Whats worse for your skin?

smoking or eating disorders?

Whats worse for your skin?
There is no generalisation that you can make to say that one is worse than the other.

Your skin is the largest organ of your body and every thing you put into it or deprive it of affects its appearance.

"Eating disorders" can vary from bulimia to severe anorexia. A person suffering from bulimia tends to have a puffy splotchy face and they often have splits at the corners of their mouth from the acid reflux.

A person suffering from anorexia has infections like mouth ulcers and cold sores from vitamin deficiencies.

Smokers tend to have a dull complexion.

Please note that I do speak generally, and the affects of each are detrimental for the skin and overall health.
