I just started the pill and...?

i'm feeling really sick i took my 1st ever one today at half 6 evening time and its 9 o'clock at night now im using mercilion its for my skin and to control my periods due to a bleeding disorder more than a contracpetive is this normal?! or could this sickness have nothing to do with the pill...

Sounds pretty normal to me. The first couple of days after i started the pill, i was up most the ninth feeling really sick, i think i was even a little bit sick too. It should be better by a couple of days. If it doesn't (my first one didn't) ask your doctor if you can change. I would hive it a month or two first though and see how you feel than. In th meantime, use paracetamol.
Reply:Considering that you just started the pill, chances are it has very little to do with the pill. Did you tell the doctorthat you are using mercillion? Sometimes medications can cancel out the effects of BC, and I'm not sure about mercillion.
Reply:It could be the pill (you can sometimes feel kinda sick for the first few days) or it could be something else. Wait it out and see if it goes away. Playing with your hormones makes your body feel a little weird at first.
Reply:Initially taking certian BC pills can make you feel a little sick, not sure how soon after you start taking it the sick feeling starts. Read the material that comes with the pill...it should tell you all of the side effects. You should tell your doctor about the other medication if you haven't in case of drug interactions. But it's not abnormal to feel sick when starting some types of BC.
