so i was reading an article about onychophagia, which is compulsive skin-picking and nail-biting. it says that people who have this disorder usually have bleeding and infected fingertips and sores on their skin. while im not this extreme, i do pick at my lips a lot, especially when im stressed out, lots of times until i bleed. i do it all the time without even thinking about it and i get some sick satisfaction out of pulling pieces of dead skin off of my lips. my friends get grossed out if i try to start talking to them about it. can this be a mild form of the disorder or is it nothing? here's the link i saw it on: http://www.trich.org/articles/skin_picki...
