I want to ask my Contacts and friends for a favor?

My husband cut his hand in an industrial accident Mon. morning, and lost the tip of his left ring finger. He has to have surgery on this coming Mon. morning. It is minor surgery -- just a skin graft, but he has a sleeping disorder which makes going under a little dangerous. Could ya'll remember him in a quick prayer? I have never asked for this before, but I am kind of scared folks.





For that dear friend of mine who is a nonbeliever -- I know you will at least read this -- Positive thoughts and keep your fingers crossed.

Father in Jesus name i pray for my good friends husband, that when he goes into surgery you are guiding the surgeons hands, and that when they put him under he wakes up with no side effects and he fully recovers from this 100%. Father you are a good God and you hear our prayers. Please comfort my friend in her time of need. Calm all her fears and let her know you are in control and everything will be alright . In Jesus name I pray Amen.

Reply:Best of luck with the surgery, but add this to your restless mind, going under isn't dangerous if its highly drug induced. Sleeping disorder or not it's in my beleif that he will be fine, have faith in the doctors, they are professionals.

I am so sorry to hear what happened. Praise God it wasn't any worse. That is a miracle in itself! He is in my prayers for sure! Have faith and tell your husband to go into the surgery with a positive mindset. Tell him to not only pray ... but to also envision himself going successfully though the surgery and waking up completely fine. There is great power not only in our faith ... but also in our minds.





I read a powerful book once called "Why Bad Things Happen to Good People". In the end there was a prayer that states that God gave us great minds to solve all our problems; to cure diseases, to end hunger, to achieve peace, etc ... but we don't use it to it's full capacity. He said, "Why do we have to expect God to fix everything when he gave us the intelligence to fix so much of it ourselves." The power in our minds is a gift from God and can achieve and create great things. Your husband must not only believe that he will come out of this well ... he must envision it. It will happen ...





Lastly, make sure you tell the anesthesiologist yourself about his breathing problem. Don't rely on the doctor to tell him. Doctors are human and forget things too ... so be sure and ask to talk to the ant. before the surgery. Trust me on this one. (I speak from past experience.)

Lady i will pray for your man but he is lucky that he has his lady who feels like this.





With a faimly like this i'am certain he will get through this.





There is nothing to be scared and from what i could make out you are strong lady.





Strenght is subtle and not pronounced at times and women are a great example of this.





Though delecate and vulnerable your gender has an extremely powerful instinct of mothering and taking care of their loved ones.





Bring that out.

..more than 14-15 years back my father lost the tip of his 'index' finger(the one between the thumb and the middle finger)in a mechanical accident ,.............he is an engineer though





and now he is fine by the grace of the Almighty





whoever you are and whoever your hubby is it doesnt matter I shall pray to the Almighty so that he gets well quickly and the future days of your family may be as bright as the morning sun

Reply:Don't be scared, God will not put him through more than what he can handle. I will keep your husband in my prayers and ask God to protect him and prevent any complications from happening during the surgery.
