if u didnt know csp is "compulsive skin picking disorder" any suggestions would be great
Anyone know anything about csp and how to "stop" doing it?
I got the same thing, wear a hoody or longsleeve shirt, it helps a little bit. Either that or have someone slap you when you do it in public
