Sore, tingly spot on shoulder - any doctors or healthcare professionals?

It didn't tingle often - just everyonce in awhile - it was more annoying. I've been experiencing this for a few weeks now. I went tanning 3 times and now this spot is pretty sore to the touch and seems ultra sensitive. There is no spot on the outside of my shoulder though. It's more internal and it almost stings...I did get a little burnt on my back today but even the other day when I didn't it still stung like I had a scratch or something. When I say it tingles, almost like something is crawling on me...this sounds super gross I know, but I've never had any skin problems or weird disorders and I'm kind of worried. Any idea what this could be? Someone thought maybe shingles but there is no visible marking and it's only in this one spot...

From the sound of your question, it appears that

you need professional medical advice.

Don’t trust a total stranger on Yahoo Answers to analyze your problem.

I’ll assume you are on YA because you don’t want to call your doctor.

But you could ask a nurse for an expert opinion.

There is a website with registered nurses that will answer

your question online for less than $15

Reply:I don have an idea regarding what you describe. better to consult your doctor.
Reply:See a doctor.
Reply:Well, Shingles follows a dermatomal pathern, meaning a full band usually across that spinal level. If you don't have any visible signs a side from a burnt skin it maybe that its a burn from tanning. I would back of the tanning for a couple of weeks and apply some ice to numb it and see if that helps.
