Wow. You even have TMJ!?

I guess you should feel good about yourself! You are the only person I have heard of that can have all that and still make it through the day.

The nice thing is you have so many places to chose to start fixing yourself. The other neat thing is that once you get one thing fixed a lot of the other problems will start to go away.

Being over weigh and eating poorly will give you GAD, GERD, IBS, Depression (and all the other symptoms of it), gall bladder issues, high cholesterol, kidney stones, and obesity.

**This is important.... Processed sugar is actually a poison to you. My doc proved this to me by having me cut it out of my diet for 2 weeks then doing a blood test on me...my cholesterol dropped by 60 pts.

Throw away anything that has processed sugar. Little Debbies, hostess cakes all that crap. Also no more Sodapop. Drink tea, water, or juice.

- Every day or two you need to include a healthy salad that includes green, red and yellow veggies, some meat and cheese for one meal. Don't worry about getting fat free dressings. Just don't drowned your salad in dressing.

-Also include beans and fruit into your diet. Rotate everything through out the week so you don't eat the same stuff everyday.

-Don't forget the Steak. Mmm a nice juicy steak. Its ok to eat meat. Your body needs the nutrients from it. Heres a meal for ya, steak, salad and garlic parmessian bread. Yum. And good for ya!

Next...Start walking around your block 2x a day. Don't push yourself. Only go once around or down to the corner and back if that is all you can do but for God's sake get out. Activity and sunshine are proven to drop your cholesterol and help with depression.

I know it is hard to change, so do it in small steps. Start today don't put it off. Make a plan that you can realistically stick to every week. Don't look too far ahead. After a week you will start to feel amazing. I did.

Oh and Identify and get rid of the things that are over stressing you.

****You are not hopeless. Remember that.

****Swimming is great low impact cardio. You have got to do something. Excercise will help with bones.

No more excuses.

I have several health problems also, but I go see my doctor once a month...
