Why do people just assume that Michael Jackson has to look like his 24 year old self for eternity?

I really can't understand why people criticize him for his looks and they all say "Why didn't he stay how he was in Thriller?" Do people just not think Michael Jackson is allowed to age? It's not his fault that he has a disfiguring skin disorder, and so what if he got a few nose jobs? Really, the ONLY thing that has changed is his nose (and skin because of a skin disorder called vitiligo), so back to the question, is he not allowed to age does he just have to look 24 for ever?

To compensate other flaws. I've read an article that in 1979 Michael had a nose job. after some other years he had to undergo another nose job because the temporary recording studio collapsed that caused a damage to his nose. Another one was when he accidentally fell down while performing you rock my world. It was not really clear if it's during the making of this video or a live performance. I will try to locate the website again and give the links here to appease the hatred that resides within the hearts of some haters here. Is it Michael's fault if the surgeries went wrong? My God! Of course no one wants to be like that. He is just kinda accident prone. So, everything happens for a reason. He had a nose job because of his ill-tempered father who made fun of him when he was still a kid. He underwent multiple nose jobs because of some incidents happened to him. Regarding his skin color, Even Janet told oprah that Michael really has vitiligo and was once diagnosed with Lupus. Jermaine Jackson in his interview on Big brother celebrity edition said that Michael has vitiligo. His make-up artist Karen Faye said in one of her interviews that she used a lot of make-up just to even Michael's skin tone. But the blotches became prominent so, she asked professional help from Michael's dermatologist to intervene the existing problem regarding Michael's skin disorder. So, stop accusing him of being racist to his own race because he never been a racist. This man will be turning 50 years old in August. No one can defy aging. It's a natural process that occurs in human life.I know that my words aren't enough to compensate all the flaws. But i wish this will serve as an eye opener for those who love judging/condemning Michael Jackson for doing things to himself that he never meant to be. He did it all for some reasons that compelled him to do it.

Reply:Um , he does not have vitiligo, sweetie. That's what he told everyone when they made faces at him for bleaching his skin. Vitiligo does not just show up all over the body. It starts in one small spot and spreads out from there. One day the dude was black, the next he was white. That's not consistent with the disease he claims to have.





Secondly, he's had so many nose jobs that the teensy little bit of remaining cartilage he has is barely hanging on by a thread. He has been disfigured all right - by an unscrupulous plastic surgeon!





Nobody expects him to look like he did 20 years ago. They just expect him to look a little less like an alien. Sorry.

Reply:I have seen a few people with vitiligo and none of them have pure white skin. Their skin has blotches of white. Even if we believe he has this condition to achieve his tones he would be bleaching the brown skin to match the white.





No one is saying that he isn't allowed to age. I would have loved to see him as an old man with his true colour. As for the nose.. a few nose jobs? He has had so many nose jobs he doesn't have any cartilage left and that is why is nose fell off.

They did a documentary ages ago about how Michael would look if he didn't have vitiligo and if he didn't have 2 nose jobs.
