How would you interpret this painting?

I don't have an actual photograph of this picture. I will describe the best I can. Its a digitally manipulated photo of a beautiful young blond woman standing naked with her back to us. She is covered with a skin disorder, only on her back. We can see her face as she turns her head slightly and it is very pretty without any skin problem. Please tell me what you think it means.

How would you interpret this painting?
Don't judge a book by its' cover?
Reply:i'd think she is still living a beautful normal life even though people don't know she has a skin disorder
Reply:AIDS
Reply:although the woman is beautiful, everyone has their faults.. whether it be internally or externally..

no one is perfect
Reply:People have unexpected secrets.

People carry burdens on our backs.

Where does beauty truly lie?
Reply:Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Beauty is really corrupted behind the scenes.

A lot of young women are abusing their bodies for beauty.

Blond is pure corruption.

Cower in the face of disease.

The skin never lies.
Reply:The ugly side of life, the part of life we want to turn our backs to..because no one wants to face it.
Reply:I think she had a choice; Fix the front or the back. She chose to believe that first impressions are the most important. And so, wanted you to remember her by the only thing she was wearing; her smile.
Reply:Depends on what level you want it interpreted at. 1. a beautiful woman w/ a skin condition. 2. same as 1, but she can hide her secret. 3. same as 2, but she is choosing to expose it to the artist, suggesting intimacy.
