definatley sounds like heat rash - best thing to do is for him to wear natural fabrics that breathe (cotton boxers, ect) and no polyesther or such so it wont trap the sweat up on his skin...

Reply:the bumbs may be heat bumbs, putting ice or a cooling pack on it may help, or a trip to a dermatologist just to make sure
Reply:It's only the sweat. Men tend to sweat a lot around their area. It maybe be because of the lack of A/C. Does he shower daily? He can use a cream to stop the itch, just any cream that stops itching and use powder to help it absorb the sweat.
