What is the best treatment for keratosis pilaris?
Unfortunately you can't cure it. However there are a few creams/lotions that may help. As mentioned above, retin-a will help smoothe it out. You can also try a moisturizer that has urea in it, lac-hydrin is by prescription and amlactin is available over the counter.
Reply:You can't really end keratosis pilaris, but I believe you can add something like Retin A to soften the skin a bit.
