How is a psoriatic person can be employed if people find them unattractive?

psoriasis is of unknowm etiomology.it is characterized by red patches of skin covered with silvery scales. normally a person sheds dead skin cells for about 3 days while in a psoriatic person these dead skin cells shed rapidly and go hayward only in less than a day.that caused the silvery scales which is not good to look at.its seen mostly at the face and upper and lower extremities.but for acute cases it's seen from head to toe plus the fingernails.categorically speaking this disorder is not contagious so it does not post any harm or danger to others. people with such condition is,moreover,intelligent individuals well educated backgrounds nonetheless most likely highly qualified in any field of work.however,in this world of ours,people judge people only on their outer appearance and priority is much given on those endowed with aesthetic beauty. why?

Depends on the industry and where they'll be working. Unfortunate as it may seem, most places wouldn't put a sufferer into a customer-contact role, because it will deter customers. Sad but true.





On the other hand, people with this (and other) disorder can be quite successful in behind-the-scenes roles and their ailment will almost always be ignored by potential employers - once they know what it is, of course.





Turning up to a job interview and not saying what it is, would not help.
